L'Oiseau Blanc Films is a Wisconsin-based film production company founded by R. Michael Gull and Jon Anne Willow. Our first project, the award-winning short film Victim, premiered May 30th, 2008 at the Milwaukee Short Film Festival, where it won the Audience Favorite Award. Victim is scheduled to be picked up for worldwide distribution in Summer 2009. We have several movie projects in various stages of development at this time. Our commitment is to develop and produce high quality films with the tremendous resources that Wisconsin has to offer. We strive to employ Wisconsin-based crew and actors, as well as utilize the wealth of locations found throughout our state. The mission of L'Oiseau Blanc Films is to produce commercially viable pictures meant for distribution to a mass audience, while showcasing the talents of Wisconsin-based individuals.
L'Oiseau Blanc recently completed work on the feature film New Day, a suspense/thriller shot entirely in Wisconsin. The movie premiered to a sold out crowd in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Saturday, September 12th, 2009. The film is currently in negotiations for worldwide distribution.
EIGHT LIVES DOWN and NEW DAY are feature film projects. VICTIM is a 16 minute short film.
EIGHT LIVES DOWN is scheduled to go into production in late Summer/early Fall, 2010.
